I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
My name is [private] and I am a developer on the Toontown Stride team. There's a literal public copy (a snapshot from September) of our private repo on GitHub which the user has no right to post.
The infringing content can be found here: https://github.com/ToontownStrideOfficial/ToontownStride The original repos: [private] and [private]
Infringing commits: DenialMC's (my) commits from 5b3e475c78
to
5d2399b8a2
.
A few of them:
cc283ad32b
6becda3f16
c9e0f0deac
9bc2312adc
b2688c9107
3a5e708396
And much more.
Forks that also infringe upon my work on the repo:
https://github.com/Spiderlover/ToontownStride
https://github.com/craigy109/ToontownStride
I would have all of my content removed from the infringing repo and its forks.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please redact my signature.
Thank you,
