Dear GitHub Team,
As a paralegal of The Pokémon Company International, Inc. (“TPCi”), the owner of copyrights in the world-famous Pokémon intellectual property, I am providing this notice pursuant to Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and including the required DMCA elements for notification of content infringing on TPCi’s Pokémon intellectual property.
I have read and understand GitHub’s Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.
This notice is in regards to the infringing Google Chrome extension “pokereact” uploaded to GitHub by [Private] and located at

. The extension includes images of Pokémon characters copyrighted by TPCi, specifically Charizard, Meowth, Haunter, Pikachu, Togepi, Jigglypuff, Wobbuffet and Squirtle, which are being displayed and distributed via GitHub without permission.
