Hughes Media Law Group, PLLC (“HMLG”) is the authorized legal representative of WildWorks, the exclusive owner of the digital game Animal Jam® and related intellectual property including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and all other related and derivative content
The website, https://jamcon.github.io/, infringes several copyrighted work of WildWorks. The Animal Jam art work is used on the front page of the website. The Animal Jam art work is also infringed with the use of Animal Jam characters as found on https://jamcon.github.io/guests.html.
The Animal Jam artwork needs to be removed from the webpage: https://jamcon.github.io/. The character images on https://jamcon.github.io/guests.html also need to be removed.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no forks involved here.

Fair use is a defense to copyright infringement. In this case all uses are infringing because the website it using proprietary materials not under a license from the rights holder. Further, none of the factors that would qualify as “fair use” are applicable in this situation.

We have no objection to the website itself; the user may keep the website up as long as the Animal Jam artwork identified above is removed and no additional infringing material is added. For your files, this a player that WildWorks has already permanently banned for trying to penetrate the Animal Jam, website, code, and create gem hacking automation programs.
