Symple Workz LLC (owner and operator of WPExplorer.com and all affiliated social and professional profiles) is requesting removal of its copyrighted works from Internet sites. Under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable U.S. and international statutes, Symple Workz LLC provides this notification of claimed infringement and requests that you immediately remove certain documents from your web site and/or disable access to those documents through your web site.
Symple Workz LLC has recently discovered the unauthorized publication, disclosure, copying and redistribution of original theme files (a copy of our original files can be found in our [private] - [private]). Specifically, we have confirmed the plagiarized documents location with in a specific repository:

These were posted without Symple Workz LLC's permission.

The unauthorized copying, disclosure and distribution of Symple Workz LLC's files is a violation of both copyright laws and moral rights.
We request that you remove the entire repository at: https://github.com/plutonwp/pluton
The original theme files are licensed under the Envato Standard License (https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard).
We are asking for your immediate assistance in stopping this unauthorized activity. We request that you remove the repository and content from your system, or that you disable access to the sites or the infringing links or content, unless significant changes are made to alter all of the code taken from the original work and that you inform the site operator of the illegality of his or her conduct.
We also request that you identify to us your source(s) for these files, so that we may personally contact them and request they delete and remove the documents that they possess.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
