I work for a company called Acunetix. We do a a web vulnerability scanner, and the scripts used for the vulnerability checks are encrypted.
A user as uploaded the illegally decrypted version of the scripts to https://github.com/c0ny1/awvs_script_decode

There does not seem to be any forks, but would appreciate if you could check.

No, the work is not licensed under an open source license.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
They should remove the content from Github.
