The Neklo folders must be completely removed, as well as the commit history.
The user, [private], was a developer at Neklo and he is no longer employed at the company. He was contacted directly and chose to not act on the request to remove it.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
