I am [private] Hanov Solutions Inc and Zwibbler is my product.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
Zwibbler is my javascript drawing library that I offer for sale from http://zwibbler.com. It is a commercial product. I only allow customers to use the non-demo version.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL:

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
The work is not licensed under open source. Only customers may use and distribute the library. This is stated at the top of the files: "Copyright 2013 Hanov Solutions Inc. All rights reserved. This software is NOT open source. For licensing information, contact the author. [private]"
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
The authors could remove zwibbler2.js, zwibbler2.min.js, and instead link to http://zwibbler.com/zwibbler-demo.js from their HTML files.
