A freelancer that has been working on my project (Mobile App and Back-end) has uploaded our project code to the Github. He has already done that once previously, but after contacting him, he had the repo taken down.
This time, however, he published project code again and refuses to take it down. He asked for money to take it down. I was contacting him through freelancing portal [private], where he already got his account banned.
What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL:

Yes, i have searched, and there are no forks of this repos.

No, it has no open source license.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal? Can the repository be made private?
