I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice. We have our own custom code uploaded in a private repository on Github ([private]). The code has been completely developed by us and we have not shared/allowed the same to be used outside Nykaa.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The code repo has been published by a user on Github in an open repository mentioning details such as smtp server, emails addresses. This is a direct replication of original work and hence should be taken down.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
I could only see master branch in this repo and did not see any other fork of this work as of now.

The source code is from our private repository. We would like the code to be taken down
