This is our old source code we don't know this guy, we think he got the code from one of our old contractors. He asked for money when I asked him to take it down. (Contacted him on skype search)

But I'm guessing you should probably close his account. I actually I a developer on [private], which he has a fork of on his account. He said this person was not part of the project, but also took private code and tried to extort them.
Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
The code is stored under the company private Visual Studio Team Foundation server, we didn't use Github for this.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
No, just remove it. Probably everything else he has up, he's also trying to extort money from the owners.

I searched his name on skype and he accepted my friend request. After I told him I wouldn't pay him money, he blocked him skype contact from him.
