Code to my app. This is not fully correct code but it's my first app and I don't want it online for everyone to find. He tried to help me build the code with windows ndk-build , couldn't do it and now refuses to take it down.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
I believe he has everything in this one project

No it is not, I did not create a open source license or any type of license.
What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
Permanently and for 100% remove the folder from GitHub .
