Pixonic Games Ltd is the owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the “WarRobots” mobile game (“Game”) that is currently published and distributed by it to the end-users through Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pixonic.wwr&referrer=af_tranid%3DvC32wUcBI7ZiYL9x7lHBfw%26pid%3DCM_FAQ%26c%3Dmain_en), App Store (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id806077016?mt=8) , Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Pixonic-Games-LTD-War-Robots/dp/B06XKZP15T) and Facebook Gameroom (https://www.facebook.com/gameroom/download/?fbsource=9928&canvas_url=https%3A%2F%2Fapps.facebook.com%2Fwar-robots-grm%2F%3Ffb_source%3Dad&app_id=149184422312956).

Please be informed that Pixonic Games Ltd has never distributed the source code of the Game in the open access under any of the open source licenses.
However, we became aware about the fact of unauthorized decompilation of the code of the Game and its publishing at https://github.com/ on the following links:
https://github.com/SSDDX-Devs/warrobots
https://github.com/AfifFaris/warrobots
https://github.com/gkjolin/warrobots
At the present moment we don’t know the persons who performed the decompilation of the code of the Game and who made it publicly available at https://github.com/.
Based on the foregoing, we ask you to immediately delete all the content that is currently available on the links specified above.
Please be advised that Pixonic Games Ltd. takes this mater very seriously and will take whatever action is required to protect its rights.
Nothing contained in this letter is intended to, nor shall it, constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any rights, claims, defenses, or causes of action possessed by Pixonic Games Ltd, all of which expressly are reserved.
I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.
