Dear Github,
As the owner of this repository (https://github.com/mapsplugin/cordova-plugin-googlemaps), I send this DMCA Takewdown request to this repository (https://github.com/BeMyEye/cordova-plugin-googlemaps).
I provide my code with the Apache LICENSE v2, however I have been added additional clause here.

This clause has been added on Feb/23/2018.
Since, the company BeMyEye forked my repository before on the day,
I admit they modify the code on forked repository,
but I don't admit to copy or fork the code from my repository after the day.
I discover they breaks this clause on this commit.

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
I checked all forked repositories after Feb/23/2018 have the additional clause.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
Apache License v2, however there is additional clause.

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
