Yes I am the [private] of HashMicro, owner of the code

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The following repo contains sensitive information about a project we have been working on under HashMicro company. HashMicro is a ERP solution provider, and [private] is one of our clients. This git repo was created by one of our ex employees during his time with HashMicro.

However after he left, we realized that he left this repo out in the public without taking it down. We tried to commit to the repo to remove all data (because our developers still has access to the repo), but the commit history still shows the past data of the code, and he is no longer contactable now.

As a proof that this repo belongs to our company, you can see that all the collaborators of this git are members of HashMicro Git Organization, and you can see the same project repo has been created a while back as well.

[private], our client is part of the [private], and has been complaining that the code is available in public and is a breach of our agreement with the client.

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository's URL:

https://github.com/MPTechno/IHRP
The whole repo need to be taken down

Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.

This code belongs to HashMicro for [private] project.

Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
The framework itself is open source, however it was coded by our own developers under NDA agreement with our client [private], which is also part of [private] under [private].

What would be the best solution for the alleged infringement? Are there specific changes the other person can make other than removal?
For it to be taken down, however the other person are no longer contactable (because bad relations after fired from company), and we would need Github's help to take it down.
