Line 291-295, indicate this software is Rogers proprietary software.

Warning
Don't use strict for this file as it's based on old code base and needs updated.
This file is copied and customized from the existing Rogers.com for encryption the credit card number purpose.
The third-party code used in this file was created in 2005 and doesn't pass the jshint,to keep the functionality working, this file has been excluded from the jshint.
Ideally, we should introduce an upgraded version of a Javascript encryption algorithm to replace this piece of code.

The code is clearly unique to Rogers
The file ute-ui.js is utilized in Rogers’ production environment.
