I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.

There is NXP content that needs to be removed from github. It has been uploaded by a number of users. These users do not have the right to share NXP software. These rights are stipulated in the NXP license agreement that was provided with the software when users gained access to it via nxp.com.

The content that needs to be removed is listed below.

I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above on the infringing web pages is not authorized by the copyright owner, or its agent, or the law. I have taken fair use into consideration.

I don’t have the contact information for the users that have posted NXP content that must be removed. Below is a list of the content.

NXP software has been uploaded to GitHub by a number of users. Users of NXP software do not have the rights to share/distribute NXP software.
NXP needs GitHub to remove the NXP software and to inform each of the users to cease and desist from doing this.
