The works infringed are The Feynman Lecture on Physics [FLP] in printed and audio form, its supplement Feynman's Tips on Physics [TIPS], as well as many files from the associated Feynman Lectures [FL] website (www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu). Caltech is a copyright holder on FLP in all forms. I am a copyright holder on FLP and TIPS in electronic and printed forms and the FL website, of which I am the [private].
The books and audio are currently licensed for duplication and distribution exclusively by publisher Basic Books. On the website there are copyright notices on almost every page and a note is posted on the home page declaring that the material is copyrighted and copying it or downloading it is not permitted for any purpose.

FLP and TIPS are under copyright by and may not be reproduced or distributed in whole or in part without permission of the copyright holder or their licensees. No such permission or license has been granted for any copy of FLP or TIPS on any of Github's servers, including all those listed above.
