I ([private]) the [private] of Tracelink Inc. part of Tracelink [private] responsible for safe-guarding the Tracelink propriety code, underlying infrastructure & resources.
Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.
The GitHub user [private] (zihaowangcmu) is the ex-employee of the Tracelink. Employee ID: [private], as per our records he left the company on [private].
We found the he has the repository "https://github.com/zihaowangcmu/tests/" which is publicly accessible. This repo contains the Tracelink Copyright code exact link -> https://github.com/zihaowangcmu/tests/blob/main/src/test/java/tldb/QueryTest.java
We observed that this user has created new repository "zihaowangcmu/tests" on [private] i.e. just [private] days before last working day at Tracelink. Also, committed the Tracelink copyright code on [private]. This is clear violation of Tracelink Copyright & Privacy policy which prohibits use or posting of Tracelink code over shared platform or public repositories.

We have enterprise private code repository in organisation protected by office IPs & VPNs. Also, strict user logins & authorisation implemented to prevent access to copyright code from outside.
How is the accused project designed to circumvent your technological protection measures?
The user seem to have copied the code from personal system to the GitHub repo just before leaving company.

No, the code is not forked but committed by the user in the repository.
