We are the authorized representative of Nykaa and have been authorized to represent them in taking down copyright, trademark, and other fraudulent activities that are a threat to Nykaa.

Please provide a detailed description of the original copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed. If possible, include a URL to where it is posted online.

The original work is the Nykaa website code found here https://www.nykaa.com/

What files should be taken down? Please provide URLs for each file, or if the entire repository, the repository’s URL.

We are requesting to remove the following files from the repository as it contains Nykaa contents/codes copied from their official website. Nykaa has not authorized the cloning of their website, and their reproduction of the copyrighted work will be used to create sites targeting their company for malicious activities.

Nykaa has not authorized any third parties to use and abuse the website code and assets as the Nykaa website code and assets can be used by Nykaa competitors to create a competing site and claim affiliation with Nykaa properties by using the Nykaa assets or by malicious fraud actors to engineer a phishing site targeting Nykaa. Their use of the copyrighted work in this unauthorized manner is infringing and should be taken down.

Please note our client is claiming infringement on the listed repository folder and files above as this repository is a complete clone of the Nykaa website and Nykaa owns the full copyright to the Nykaa website and the code and assets on this repository.
