RE: DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement (“Notice”)

It has recently been called to our attention that https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/blob/master/streams/us.m3u; https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv/blob/master/streams/us_tubi.m3u; and https://iptv-org.github.io/iptv/countries/us.m3u appear to be streaming most, if not all, of The Weather Channel, Pattrn, and TheGrio channels. The IPTV-Org GitHub repository is providing users pirated streaming of The Weather Channel, Pattrn, and TheGrio copyrighted content from our television networks, without authorization. This use violates our exclusive rights in our copyrighted material. We request that this material immediately be removed from your site and are hereby serving you with notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or -- if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice -- you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
