Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.
The infringing website is using stolen web content from HULU's official website. This is evidenced by comparing our client's official website, along with the infringing website.
This action violates your terms of service for copyright infringement, and HULU, has the exclusive right to reproduce and use its copyrights and authorize such reproduction and use. They do not recognize this website as an authorized vendor and the use of this copyright is a violation of their rights.
Is the work licensed under an open source license? If so, which open source license? Are the allegedly infringing files being used under the open source license, or are they in violation of the license?
