- Minor cleanup to existing sources
- LUIS explorer panel
- Launch a new window and authenticate via the LUIS Portal
- Retrieve and view all available LUIS models
- Select and add LUIS models to the LUIS explorer

- Redlines treatment to UI
- Disable the explorer panel until a bot file is opened
- Save the newly added entries
- Delete already added entries
