Open MS Federated Transfer Learning (OpenMSFTL)

OpenMSFTL is meant for facilitating research and development for federated learning algorithms.

This implements the following algorithms:

  • Simple federated averaging (FedAVG)
  • Dual optimization a.k.a adaptive FedAVG
  • Spectral aggregation
