Christophe Leroy a5d33be051 powerpc/32: Return directly from power_save_ppc32_restore()
transfer_to_handler_cont: is now just a blr.

Directly perform blr in power_save_ppc32_restore().

Also remove useless setting of r11 in e500 version of
power_save_ppc32_restore().

Christophe Leroy 7aa8dd67f1 powerpc/32: Always enable data translation in exception prolog
If the code can use a stack in vm area, it can also use a
stack in linear space.

Simplify code by removing old non VMAP stack code on PPC32.

That means the data translation is now re-enabled early in
exception prolog in all cases, not only when using VMAP stacks.

While we are touching EXCEPTION_PROLOG macros, remove the
unused for_rtas parameter in EXCEPTION_PROLOG_1.

Christophe Leroy f7354ccac8 powerpc/32: Remove CURRENT_THREAD_INFO and rename TI_CPU
Now that thread_info is similar to task_struct, its address is in r2
so CURRENT_THREAD_INFO() macro is useless. This patch removes it.

This patch also moves the 'tovirt(r2, r2)' down just before the
reactivation of MMU translation, so that we keep the physical address
of 'current' in r2 until then. It avoids a few calls to tophys().

At the same time, as the 'cpu' field is not anymore in thread_info,
TI_CPU is renamed TASK_CPU by this patch.

It also allows to get rid of a couple of
'#ifdef CONFIG_VIRT_CPU_ACCOUNTING_NATIVE' as ACCOUNT_CPU_USER_ENTRY()
and ACCOUNT_CPU_USER_EXIT() are empty when
CONFIG_VIRT_CPU_ACCOUNTING_NATIVE is not defined.

Scott Wood 86d63363de powerpc/e500mc: Remove dead L2 flushing code in idle_e500.S
This code can never be executed as it is only built when
CONFIG_PPC_E500MC is unset, but the only CPUs that have CPU_FTR_L2CSR
require CONFIG_PPC_E500MC and do not have the MSR/HID0-based nap
mechanism that this file uses.

Scott Wood ebf714ff37 powerpc/e500mc: Add support for the wait instruction in e500_idle
e500mc cannot doze or nap due to an erratum (as well as having a
different mechanism than previous e500), but it has a "wait" instruction
that is similar to doze.

On 64-bit, due to the soft-irq-disable mechanism, the existing
book3e_idle should be used instead.

Kumar Gala 7888bc2b47 powerpc: Fix for getting CPU number in power_save_ppc32_restore()
The calculation to get TI_CPU based off of SPRG3 was just plain wrong,
meaning that we were getting garbage for the CPU number on 6xx/G3/G4
based SMP boxes in this code.

Just offset off the stack pointer (to get to thread_info) like all the
other references to TI_CPU do.

Kumar Gala aba11fc50c powerpc/e500mc: flush L2 on NAP for e500mc
If we have an L2CSR register (e500mc) we need to flush the L2 before going
to nap. We use the HW flush mechanism provided in that register.

The code reuses the CPU_FTR_604_PERF_MON bit as it is no longer used by
any code in the kernel. Additionally we didn't reuse the exist L2CR
feature bit as this is intended for the 7xxx L2CR register and L2CSR
is part of the new Freescale "Book-E" registers.
