Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).
So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.
Done via coccinelle scripts like:
@@
struct resource *ptr;
@@
- ptr->end - ptr->start + 1
+ resource_size(ptr)
and some grep and typing.
Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers.

clk_get() returns a struct clk cookie to the driver and some platforms
may return NULL if they only support a single clock. clk_get() has only
failed if it returns a ERR_PTR() encoded pointer.

Fix a nuc900 lcd build error.
Since the 'nuc900_driver_clksrc_div()' API cannot be merged into mainline
successfully, I removed this clock source selection hook in this driver.
This means nuc900 lcd driver has to select default clock source from the
external crystal now.

An LCD controller driver for nuc900s. The Linux LOGO is just fine and the
FB-Test application was ok, too.
