Convert the rk808 bindings into yaml format. clock-output-names varies
in maxItems depending on whether or not the clock-cells is 0 or 1. For
the rk805, rk809, and rk817. This preserves behavior with the existing
driver handling setting the clock for these specific PMICs. When this
driver is corrected and the devicetrees updated this logic can be
removed (since the rk805, rk808, and rk817 only have one actual clock).
Note this patch was previously sent as a series, all of the patches in
the series except this one have been committed to mainline.

The i.MX iomuxc-gpr bindings are undocumented and a mess. Drop their use
from the examples.
The problem with the binding beyond the just random variations is that
the iomuxc-gpr is not a separate block, but registers within the iomuxc
block containing random leftover controls. As a separate DT node, it
creates nodes with overlapping memory addresses.

The overwhelming bulk of this pull request is a change from Uwe
Kleine-König which changes the return type of the remove() function to
void as part of some wider work he's doing to do this for all bus types,
causing updates to most SPI device drivers. The branch with that on has
been cross merged with a couple of other trees which added new SPI
drivers this cycle, I'm not expecting any build issues resulting from
the change.
Otherwise it's been a relatively quiet release with some new device
support, a few minor features and the welcome completion of the
conversion of the subsystem to use GPIO descriptors rather than numbers:
- Change return type of remove() to void.
- Completion of the conversion of SPI controller drivers to use GPIO
descriptors rather than numbers.
- Quite a few DT schema conversions.
- Support for multiple SPI devices on a bus in ACPI systems.
- Big overhaul of the PXA2xx SPI driver.

This rewrites the former text based AB8500 bindings in YAML.
When the AB8500 bindings were first written (in 2012) we
were not strict on some things and node names were definitely
not standardized.
This patch uses standard node names to most of the subnodes
on the AB8500 and is accompanied by another patch fixing
all the DTS files to conform to this.
The bindings are not as perfect as newly written bindings
would be, it is a best effort to deal with the legacy.

Another pass at removing unnecessary use of 'allOf' with a '$ref'.
json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords.
