Added DirectX headers step (#1102) 
The step about copying the DirectX headers was missing from this howto.

Used the step in the Azure pipeline file as the source and to avoid renumbering everything, I added the step to the existing `mesa` step.

Support alternative font path (#1057) 
Add support for alternative font path in distributions which use the `/usr/share/X11/fonts` directory.

Changes:

1. Defined the `ALT_FONT_PATH` and `ALT_DISTRO_FONT_PATH` macros 
2. Updated the `Start()` method to check for the existence of both font paths
3.  Updated the `Stop()` method to remove both the default and alternative font paths from the monitor if they were added
