* TypeGraphPlotter.cs: Use a unified threshold level. Partially
	fixes an issue with the graph not being the right size.

README 

This is the Mono Heap Profiler.

To build, autogen/make/make install

Run mono --profile=heap:outfile, then run mono-heap-prof-view
to view it.
