Move amo.set_user() call in JWTKeyAuthentication to be coherent with the rest
...
JSONWebTokenAuthentication does it in authenticate_credentials() so
let's use the same behaviour here.

Change markup in restyle to fix header BG issues

Uses different markup in the restyle so the background of the header
is applied to an element that is the parent of the header rather than
the previous JS calculation method that caused lots of headaches.

Implement API authentication using JWT for use in our frontend apps ( fix #1859 )
...
A token is generated at login time and stored in a session cookie for the universal
frontend apps to use. It can then be passed to the API to authenticate the call.
Those tokens expire after an hour and can be refreshed for a week, currently.
