Christopher Grebs 378af3aadb Call msguniq to make sure we don't have duplicate msgids. (#2728) 
Previously we ran into errors like...

./pl/LC_MESSAGES/django.po:6156: duplicate message definition...
./pl/LC_MESSAGES/django.po:6149: ...this is the location of the first definition
msgmerge: found 1 fatal error

Which resultet in the file not being updated at all.
