Let SPIDERMONKEY_INSTALLATION be an environment variable
...
This is a simple solution which lets the user specify the spidermonkey
installation to actually use, e.g. an easy way to test different builds
easily.
On windows it is js.exe, and the current code is unable to detect that.
So profit for windows users
