Paul McLanahan e526079f1b Fix statsd for bedrock 
No data is flowing to datadog from bedrock instances. This implements
the basket setup of statsd which is working. We'll need to set the
statsd client in settings to `django_statsd.clients.normal`.

* Add standard sized & named quantum logos, update to use them (#7656)

In preparation for the upcoming logo update this PR:
- Adds files for the current browser logo & wordmark that are the same size and file name as the files with the new logo
- Replaces updates current release logos and wordmarks to use those files
  - Except favicons, those will be handled seperately

* review fix: revert privacy archive changes

Paul McLanahan e7ef68f8ee Remove SECRET_KEY from all .env files 
It turns out we don't need them because we have a default value
in settings/base.py. This covers the cases where we need to run
management commands during the build and test phases. Real
SECRET_KEY values are set in all of our running instances of
the site.
