Replacing the applications key with browser_specific_settings ( #527 )

The manifest.json applications key was deprecated around Fx 48 and replaced with browers_specific_settings. The applications key was retained for compatibility, however no longer needs to be documented.

This change would work best in tandem with the sideloading and registry install articles having a deprecation notice up. I also don't know what docs we have on Enterprise installation.
