Mantaroh Yoshinaga aafb74d47b Bug 1409972 - Part 5. Use the common printingui implementation. r=mshal 
This patch will change moz.build of printingui and xre to use common printingui
implementation.

Memo of merging printingui:
 * The nsProgress / nsProgressParam is used by Windows and GTK, macOS doesn't
   have this implementation.
 * The merged implementation located toolkit/components/printingui/ directory.

Myk Melez 07f5d65c45 Bug 1358790 - compile city.cpp in toolkit/xre/ so it doesn't depend on browser/; r=mhowell 
Bug 1324617 added /other-licenses/nsis/Contrib/CityHash/cityhash/city.cpp
to the sources for browser/components/shell/, which gets linked into libxul
via browsercomps.

Bug 1348609 then made toolkit/xre/nsXREDirProvider.cpp use the same file,
which made toolkit depend on browser.  That busts other XUL apps, which then
have to individually satisfy that dependency.

This change links city.cpp into libxul directly by compiling it as part of
toolkit/xre/.

Mike Hommey 5f3d2e8810 Bug 1306327 - Add a new XRE Bootstrap API that wraps all the XRE methods. r=bsmedberg 
This is the first step towards changing how nsBrowserApp and other current
XPCOM glue users start up Gecko.

The goal here is to expose the same API via a single object with a
VTable instead of the current XPCOM glue machinery. Instead of creating
an entirely new API and changing everything to use it, we go forward
with smaller steps for a more comprehensible transition.

have now removed support for 10.6 so we can safely remove this code. This also
fixes bug 1282184 where DMD is apparently choking on memory allocated in the
interpose library.

Nicholas Nethercote f44287005f Bug 1198334 (part 1) - Replace the opt-in FAIL_ON_WARNINGS with the opt-out ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS. r=glandium. 
The patch removes 455 occurrences of FAIL_ON_WARNINGS from moz.build files, and
adds 78 instances of ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS. About half of those 78 are in
code we control and which should be removable with a little effort.
