Use new changes from cssparser and use the new lab/lch/oklab/oklch color
formats.
Introduced a new color type AbsoluteColor. It represents any kind of
color that has absolute numerical values. It is also tied to a color
space and therefore can be trivially converted to another color space.

Make the representation the same between Gecko and Servo code. This will
enable further clean-ups in the future.
Make serialization be correct, serializing as identifier unless it's an
invalid one (in which case we serialize as a string).
This changes our stringification behavior in the specified style, but
now it will match the computed style and be more correct over-all.

This allows supporting image-set(), etc, and simplifies the bullet frame
code significantly, too thanks to two changes:
* Instead of manually managing the image request, use the CSS image
loader, with the `REQUEST_REQUIRES_REFLOW` flag, to handle image
loads correctly. This didn't exist when this code was initially
implemented, but we can nicely use it now.
* Instead of re-implementing another WebRender command-builder thing,
we can just reuse the nsImageRenderer code.

Currently, there's no way to tell whether the SIDEWAYS bit is set from
`writing-mode:sideways-*` or `writing-mode:vertical-*; text-orientation:sideways;`.
To be able to tell them apart, split SIDEWAYS bits into VERTICAL_SIDEWAYS
and TEXT_SIDEWAYS. This is needed by my proposed solution in bug 1102175.
Also, provide convenience methods related to sideways writing-mode, and replace
obscure checks in the codebase.
Note that we don't have the use cases to distinguish vertical-rl from
sideways-rl in layout, but for the completeness, IsSidewaysLR() is still
defined.

It does not represent `<length> | <percentage>`, but `<length-percentage>`, so
`LengthOrPercentage` is not the right name.
