Matt Woodrow a439f13b34 Bug 1597014 - Unify same-process and cross-process redirect to real channel functions to avoid needed separate promise handlers. r=mayhemer 
These two functions both have a large number of arguments that are largely identical (and ones missing from the PContent one are mostly oversights).
Unifying both to take a single argument and return the same result means we can unify the serialization and return value (promise) handling.

The signatureInfo that has been used in ExternalHelperAppService and
ReputationService has been stored Array of nsIX509CertList, which
isn't necessary because only the raw bytes of the certs are required.
This patch intends to remove the usage of nsIX509CertList and store
the raw bytes directly.

Andreas Pehrson ef3f8a0e39 Bug 1593739 - Create a dedicated Unlink path for mSrcStream. r=bryce 
Unlink of mSrcStream used to rely on EndSrcMediaStreamPlayback to unhook
everything. That method does more than necessary however, and if anything in it
creates a strong reference to the media element, we risk a leak.

This patch takes what's necessary to unhook from EndSrcMediaStreamPlayback and
runs it explicitly from Unlink, to avoid anything unnecessary being run as well.

Edwin Takahashi 11a563f214 Bug 1595982 - make mozharness::base::config.py and diskutils.py python3 compatible r=aki 
Changes:

Replace `execfile` with python2/3 compatible equivalent `exec(compile(open))`.

Wrap `keys()` method with `list()` to enforce a list.

Compare to `six.string_types` instead of `unicode`.

The usual import and code formatting.


Fixes to `configure.py` should in particular fix a lot of the issues with tests running in tox-py35, since a lot of the tests get hung upon the `urllib2` import in `config.py`.

Detect if Unix utilities on win32 are being picked up from a foreign
installation of MinGW, such as the tools packaged with Git for Windows.
If autoconf dies during `./mach configure` and foreign tools are found
in $PATH then warn the user that their $PATH may need to change to fix
the problem.

Brendan Dahl b9a2e26c37 Bug 1596724 - Fix print preview toolbar. r=dao 
The selectors that changed number inputs when they were used in a XUL
root document no longer make sense now that we're using an html root.
Convert the selector to a class instead. Also, add flex attribute so
the toolbar fills the whole width of the wrapping box.
