Bug 1394583 - Remove default properties from nsIHTMLEditor. r=masayuki.

nsIHTMLEditor's addDefaultProperty(), removeDefaultProperty(),
removeAllDefaultProperties() methods are never used -- not from C++ code or
script, in either mozilla-central or comm-central.
So this patch removes them. This means that HMLTEditor::mDefaultStyles is never
used, so the patch removes it and all the code that manipulates it as well.

Some key events synthesized from strings can have modifier metastates.
For example, from the sharp S character, we synthesize an S key with Alt
metastate. However, we don't actually want to pass the Alt metastate to
Gecko because the Alt meta key is not actually pressed in this case.

Overriding Services.scriptloader has a lot of consequences in terms of path
name magling and choice of target global when no target object is passed.
Since this test code doesn't care about callers outside of XPCOMUtils, it
should only override the instance used by XPCOMUtils, and not the instance
used by other callers.
