Let SelectionCarets inherits from nsIReflowObserver so it could refresh
its position after reflow. This fixes the incorrect position of
selection carets after we rotate the device to change the screen from
portrait mode to landscape mode and vice versa.

NS_ERROR() triggers an assertion in debug builds, which tinderbox
reports as a failure. NS_WARNING calls NS_DebugBreak, but with the

The size of the frame is scaled by the local resolution of it's presshell. The widget contains the document, so it's size is scaled the parent presshell resolution, but not the local presshell resolution. So comparing the widget size and the frame size directly without taking into account resolution is wrong.

The build system being what it currently is, there are various cases where one
wants something explicit, rather than the current autodetection.
For instance, one may want to run
make -C $objdir chrome
instead of
make -C $objdir/chrome
that mach build chrome currently invokes.
There are several such usecases that mach's autodetection makes harder, and
it's sometimes awkward when telling people, to debug their issues, to run
make -C objdir something
and hear back that objdir doesn't exist or something along those lines,
because they took "objdir" literally.

The patch in bug 1073252 assumed that the gralloc buffer is always at
(0,0,w,h) in layer coordinates, which is incorrect. When intersecting
the gralloc buffer bounds with the visible rect, we need to take the gralloc
buffer's offset (state.mOffset) into account. Fortunately bufferRect already
contains this, so let's just use that.
