Before this patch, we change aDraggedItemId somewhat late in the _applyDrop method -
significantly, we do this after the aTargetNode == areaCustomizationTarget check. So
we end up bailing out before adjusting aDraggedItemId, and we add the specific dummy
item from the palette into the toolbar, rather than adding a new spring to the
toolbar, and leaving the existing palette item alone.
Simply moving this adjustment to aDraggedItemId earlier into the method is sufficient
to fix the issue at hand.

an argument. All existing GENERATED_FILES scripts and GeneratedFile
templates have the py2=True attribute added, so this patch should
effectively be a no-op.
Going forward, individual scripts can be converted to python3 and their
corresponding py2=True attribute can be deleted. In effect, this patch
will be backed out in pieces until all scripts run in python3, at which
point the py2 attribute itself can be removed.

* The urlbar view isn't a popup anymore, so `FullScreen` should listen for `onViewOpen` and `onViewClose` on the urlbar controller instead of popup events.
* Change the keypress listeners to keydown to listen for enter events in the urlbar and hide the toolbars.

Bug 1614861 - Make slow startup notification bar sampler use monotonic clock. r=gsvelto

The slow startup notification bar sampler code was using
`Date.now() - Services.startup.getStartupInfo().process`.
`Services.startup.getStartupInfo().process` is a high-resolution timestamp from a
monotonic clock that has been converted to a Date object. Date.now() is a timestamp
from a clock that is _not guaranteed to be monotonic_, so even though they're technically
the same type, Date.now() ultimately has looser guarantees on its stability.
Date.now() can, for example, change if the OS communicates with a clock on a network,
and updates itself - this can move the clock forward or backward. Timezone changes can
also impact Date.now(). These are edge-cases, but users do hit them nonetheless.
This patch switches the sampler to use `Cu.now()`, which is a high-resolution interval
from process start to the current time using a monotonic clock.

This change adds new "remote backbuffer" logic when compositing without
HW acceleration on Windows (IE compositing through Cairo using the Win32
GDI)
A new piece of shared memory is created between the GPU process and the UI
process, and the GPU process sends requests to the UI process to first "borrow"
a properly-sized buffer to draw into, and then sends a "present" request to
tell the UI process to actually blit the buffer to the Win32 window.
This is needed for the GPU sandbox to work, since Windows rightly doesn't
allow the untrusted GPU process to directly draw the contents of a window
owned by the trusted UI process.

Bug 1614885 - Do not attempt to bootstrap a child process if the launcher failed to boostrap the browser process. r=aklotz

Bug 1522830 added the call to `InitializeDllBlocklistOOP` in `SandboxBroker::LaunchApp`
to enable the new dll blocklist and telemetry in sandbox processes. If the browser
process fails to bootstrap a process for some reason, firefox starts without any crash
nor any content processes because of that change.
What is worse is that this problem persists even after the launcher process was disabled.
To mitigate it, this patch stops an attempt to bootstrap a child process if the launcher
process already failed to do it. With this, if something bad happens in the first launch,
the launcher process is automatically disabled via registry and next time firefox will work
normally. So a user will see the launching problem only once.
We will follow up the bootstrap issue.

This is necessary for proper functionality of toolbar keyboard navigation.

The search bar is one such widget and it does contain toolbartabstop elements.
We now watch for this and initialize any toolbartabstop elements inside added widgets.

Because the SDK we build with isn't recent enough, some of the functions we
need aren't guaranteed to be available. To handle this, we load the Security
framework at runtime and attempt to locate the symbols we need. If this
succeeds, then operation proceeds as normal. Otherwise, the module will report
that there are no certificates/keys available.

Bug 1602903 - Collect per-window useRemoteSubframes telemetry, r=mconley

This telemetry records, for each toplevel window, the relationship between the
actual fission-enabled status of the window, and the "fission.autostart" pref.
This takes the form of a categorized telemetry histogram with the following
keys:
* EnabledByAutostart: useRemoteSubframes == true fission.autostart == true
* EnabledByUser: useRemoteSubframes == true fission.autostart == false
* DisabledByAutostart: useRemoteSubframes == false fission.autostart == false
* DisabledByUser: useRemoteSubframes == false fission.autostart == true
'DisabledByUser' helps indicate useful information such as how often fission
testers need to open non-fission windows due to breakage, while
'EnabledByAutostart' and 'EnabledByUser' helps give a better image of how many
people are testing fission.

We had a thread-local varialbe `ModuleLoadFrame::sTopFrame` to track the topmost
stack frame of `LdrLoadDll`. However, our hook function `patched_LdrLoadDll` can
be called even before TLS is initialized. In such a case, accessing `sTopFrame`
causes AV.
This patch introduces `SafeThreadLocal` to safely access a thread-local varialbe.
If TLS is not initialized, it falls back to a global variable because in that
early stage there is only a single thread running.

The original issue in bug 1565902 which prompted this investigation
seems to have gone away with a Windows OS update. We saw mixed results
in telemetry over this anyway, and no clear and obvious path for
getting the benefits without the drawbacks, so removing this seems
to be the best solution right now.

This patch uses the favicons as actually served by the sites. I tried to get 32x32 versions where possible, but a few are smaller and larger. There's also a mix of .ico and .png. I think the inconsistency is acceptable, and even desirable, seeing as these are the actual icons that would appear in the UrlbarView should they appear in the user's frecency results.

Bug 1608541 - Make min-height in "remove site data" dialog apply to the root element again. r=dao

XUL windows are sized constrained by the min-width/height properties on the root
element. If there are none we do XUL layout calculations that apparently don't
always produce the results we want.
The change to make <dialog> not a root element broke this in some cases.

This patch uses the `SetStretchedImageOLE` function that was developed for the
stub installer background image and landed in bug 1337856 part 1 to also
provide nicer scaling for the bitmap controls in the full installer dialogs,
instead of GDI's default which produces undesirably jagged curved edges.

There is no guarantee that a tab has finished loading when the test
resumes. As a result, it is possible for the page action's visibility
state to reset (to invisible) between calling `pageAction.show()` and
`pageAction.isShown()`. To prevent that from happening, wait until the
tab has finished loading before resuming the test.

This patch uses the favicons as actually served by the sites. I tried to get 32x32 versions where possible, but a few are smaller and larger. There's also a mix of .ico and .png. I think the inconsistency is acceptable, and even desirable, seeing as these are the actual icons that would appear in the UrlbarView should they appear in the user's frecency results.

I opted to remove this colour altogether instead of adding branching logic for the legacy Urlbar and the search bar. The legacy Urlbar is being replaced and this patch will land in the same version, and the search bar should support system Highlight colours as well.
