Back out a bad pixman patch that caused regressions, and adjust image encoding tests so they don't depend on the regression. Track which subimage of an image we want to draw and copy it to a temporary surface if necessary to prevent sampling of pixels outside the subimage when zooming. Also ensures that if the frame rect is empty but has non-zero dimension on one axis, the overflow rect includes that size.
