3f91dcac71c4 turned off NEON because of build breakage. This
turns it back on.

We also need to add a SSRCS target so that .S files get built
with gcc.

Igor Bukanov 5c4dbe76fa bug 530157 and bug 544603 - disabling for now tests based on the GC timing. The background GC thread made that unreliable. 2010-02-07 00:25:42 +03:00
