Fixes a 403 error running `./mach bootstrap` with stylo enabled.
Bug 1359968 updated the tooltool manifests to point to a
publicly-available clang package. Update the macOS hash
used by mozboot to install the same package for local
use by developers who need rust-bindgen.

Change tests to run serially with async API, since order is no longer
enforced by the IPC protocol being synchronous.

Takes functionality from NSSU2FToken/NSSU2FTokenRemote classes, and
moves it into a U2FSoftToken class. Leaves
NSSU2FToken/NSSU2FTokenRemote classes intact so as not to break U2F
API code (to be ported to async IPC in bug 1354330).

Takes functionality that was in the WebAuthentication class that now
needs to be handled by the parent process, and moves it to the
U2FTokenManager singleton class. U2FTokenManager is created on the
PBackground thread during the first WebAuthn transaction, and manages
hardware access and transaction management for the lifetime of the
browser session. Patch also adds parent classes for WebAuthn IPC
protocol.

Takes functionality once in the WebAuthentication DOM class that needs
to be handled by the content process, and moves it to a
singleton (per-content-process) manager class. This allows the
WebAuthn API to centralize management of transactions and IPC
channels. Patch also creates the child (content-process) classes for
WebAuthn IPC channels.

Before the patch set for bug 1323339, WebAuthentication was managing
almost all content-side functionality for the WebAuthn API. This
would've made it difficult to support IPC, transaction interruption,
etc... This patch strips most of the functionality out of
WebAuthentication. The functionality will be moved to the
WebAuthnManager class in the next patch, for sake of review coherence.

<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
Update style's dependency on bindgen from 0.22 to 0.23
This introduces a huge mess of transitive dependency versioning issues with `bitflags`, which I'm going to just ignore for now. Will file a follow up issue to address them properly.

This annotates vsprintf-like functions with MOZ_FORMAT_PRINTF. This may
provide some minimal checking of such calls (the GCC docs say that it
checks for the string for "consistency"); but in any case shouldn't
hurt.

FlowGraphSummary walks the bytecode linearly, assuming that a branch
instruction will always be visited before the branch's target. However,
this is not the case for JSOP_LOOPHEAD, leading to an incorrect line
number (-1). This patch changes it to instead reuse the location of the
previous opcode, which is correct in the case of a loop head.

The commits here basically do the following things:
1. move all generated files for gecko into "gecko/generated" so that we can copy all of them around
2. make regen_atoms.py generate file to the out dir rather than in-tree
3. make the build script invoke regen_atoms.py when bindgen feature is enabled

The login manager searching logins for autofill may trap the user
in an infinite loop of master password prompts until the user enters
the correct master password. To prevent that, we're adding a timeout
to showing the master password prompt for autofill after it was last
cancelled.

In cases when the navigation trigger function returns too late and the
beforeunload event has already been fired, the page load currently gets
canceled. This happens because the page unload timer hasn't been set at
this time and the unbeforeunload handler doesn't extend its time.
With this patch a flag is used which indicates if an beforeunload
event already occurred, so when the pageunload timer notifies the page
listener the unload timer can be extended to 5s as expected.

maxlength will be set by nsTextControlFrame::AttributeChanged via RestyleManager. If element is display:none, RestyleManager won't call Frame's AttributeChanged. So we should always initialize maxlength when setting focus.
Also, wrap attribute for textarea element will be updated by HTMLTextAreaElement even if display:none. So this issue doesn't occur. maxlength might have to be updated by HTMLInputElement. But it is unnecessary to update editor's maxlength on display:none since this is used on focused editor.
