When adding more characters to the description in the site data section,
the display of the adjacent items breaks in two ways:
- The "Learn More" link is pushed to the next line while it should stay
on the same line as the description. I didn't really find a way to fix
this while using a XUL label, so I switched to an html:span which has
the correct layout. I don't see any drawbacks with using a span here.
- The description text could in certain edge cases get too close to the
"Clear Data" button. To fix that I added a new class which adds some padding.
This isn't a problem in other parts of preferences except the history
section (bug 1441138), where I also added this class.

We are no longer implicitly deleting cookies when removing site data because
cookies are now listed as part of the site data manager. We're also no longer
deleting cookies based on the base domain, which makes most of the UI in the

Render titlebar button icons as a part of -moz-window-button-* appearence. It allows us to
theme the icons accordingly. We add a GtkImage widget to header bar buttons as Gtk+ does and
store icon pixel data there and render it at moz_gtk_header_bar_button_paint() as a part
of the buttons. It means that the toolbar buttons are not containers and
moz_gtk_get_widget_border() returns zero border for them.
Also implement GetToolbarButtonMetrics() per button.

I can do the hacky thing like `caption menulist label` or what not, except it'd
be clobbered by the :not() rule.
Instead clean the negatives a bit avoiding :not, and do the (imo) cleaner fix.
This makes it look closer to how it looked before my patch, modulo the "Fonts
for" text, which now has the same size as the other label in the dialog, which I
think is nice.

Note that this doesn't perfectly solve the issue (dragged tabs
may still resize very slightly) on some DPI settings with uneven
scaling factors on Windows, because of bug 477157.
We consider the fix in this patch good enough for now.

Bug 1409301 - Update the site security subview to the Photon style. r=johannh

The site security subview is now implemented using the "photonpanelmultiview" element, replacing the last instance of the "panelmultiview" element. The subview features a standard Photon header, hence the connection state icon was moved to the element below it. This makes the styles more similar between the main view and the subview. The connection state styles are now applied using a class name, and the tests have been updated accordingly.
This change required some fixes in the "photonpanelmultiview" implementation to make sure the height of the subview is correct and to allow keyboard navigation back to the main view.
Since the expander button and the permission controls in the main view are not visible anymore after the subview is shown, some code related to focus and hover could be removed as well.
