Andrew Swan bfb895757c Bug 1308295 part 2: add extension prompts to InstallTrigger r=rhelmer 
Logic for displaying addon installation confirmation prompts that

Henrik Skupin 1b2e8b88a2 Bug 1328696 - Remove usage of enforce_gecko_prefs() from test_modal_dialogs.py. r=maja_zf 
The preference prompts.tab_modal.enabled doesn't need a restart of Firefox. It
means there is no need to use enforce_gecko_prefs() for the tests.

review.  Before when sending a sync message, we had:

This patch is not strictly relevant to the current bug, but doing the
work here nicely illustrates how the constructor we added in part 1 can
be used in existing parts of the codebase.
