Bug 1449165 - Fix test failure in browser_inspector_extension_sidebar with new reps bundle; r=rpl.

For some reason, the test was failing. I suspect that it would
take some time for the object to expand, giving some time for the
targeted node (the root, containing the body node in an object), to
be turned into TINY mode, and thus making it impossible for the
onMouseOut listener to be executed.
This patch waits for the object inspector to be expanded so we make
sure to only target the body node.

Bug 1452936 - Modify DAMP objectexpand.js to cover more property types; r=ochameau.

The test was measuring the time spent to expand an object only
containing alphanumeric properties. But due to how we fetch properties,
this only cover a part of data fetching performances.
This patch adds numeric and Symbol indexes in order to have a more precise
view of what is happening when expanding an object in the console.

The evaluate.sandbox function accepts a directInject argument,
which is a relic from Marionette's B2G past when it did not support
evaluating scripts with lasting side-effects.
The API documentation in GeckoDriver#execute_ mentions directInject as a
valid parameter, but it is not picked up or passed on to evaluate.sandbox.
This effectively means the directInject functionality is unused.

Now that rustfmt is getting close to stable, and work on the style system has died down a bit, it seemed like an opportune time to auto-format the style crates.
The first commit disables import reordering, since tidy and rustfmt don't currently agree on the correct ordering. The second commit does a bunch of manual fixups such that the output of rustfmt passes tidy. The third commit runs rustfmt on the three aforementioned crate.
There are a few dozen warnings in the style crate about lines longer than 100 characters. It would be good to fix these, but I don't have time for that now.

Bug 1445787 - Correctly set the initial size of the ChildView we create for the popup contents. r=spohl

Remote WebExtension panels can cause us to recreate the widget for a view that
already has a size. In the past, popup widgets were always created with an
initial size of 0x0, so setting the initial size of the ChildView to 0x0
resulted in correct behavior because the window would be resized to the correct
size shortly afterwards, and resize the ChildView along with it via its auto
resizing mask.
When we recreate a widget which already has a known size, setting the initial
size to 0x0 is wrong. We need to set the ChildView's size so that it fills the
contentView of the popup window completely.
