Ralph Giles 5c1056e5fa Bug 1314460 - Update mp4parse import script for v0.6.0. r=kinetik 
Update the import script to reference the latest published release.

Add a cargo-update step to the script. Without this the gecko build
will fail if the declared crate versions change from what is recorded
in the in-tree Cargo.lock files.

Also make it fail on first error.

Thom Chiovoloni 7799bcc52b Bug 1312031 - Fix failing TPS test_sync.js test. r=markh 
This required:

1. Using the same method of updating keywords used by PlacesSyncUtils. Calling
into PlacesSyncUtils directly is not possible here, since it would pass
SOURCE_SYNC as the source, which would ensure that we ignore the changes).
2. Ensuring that we update the keyword *after* the URI in TPS.

Note that neither one of these changes on their own was sufficient.

Sebastian Kaspari 2130ff7058 Bug 1311398 - Load public suffix list from disk and extract activity stream labels asynchronously. r=Grisha 
Not really happy about the change but it addresses the problem.

* Loading the list from disk is much faster than parsing the string (2500ms vs. 30-50ms on a Nexus 6P)
* Because of (potential) disk I/O we are required to extract the label asynchronously on a background thread
* We load the list only once and then keep it in memory - like we did before the change.
