Now that the nursery uses lazy allocation the resize decision is going to be
very quick, there's no point profiling it here.

This patch uses MozURL in ServiceWorkerRegistrar and in DBScheme to obtain the
origin of a URL. This is safe because the URL is always http/https/ftp.
It also changes the serialization of Principal in nsJSPrincipals in order to
pass the originNoSuffix together with the OriginAttributes and the spec.
The Windows code coverage build is using LLVM, so we need to tell grcov that the artifacts are in the LLVM format.

There are non-cost reference return values on IPDL structs. We should take
advantage of them in order not to recopy everything everytime something
changes.

Find out where we use MayHaveTransformAnimation in EffectSet
and change them to MayHaveTransformAnimation in nsIFrame.
MozReview-Commit-ID: GhkztK8JtNa
There are two places where I have to cache the status of MayHaveOpacityAnimation
and MayHaveTransformAnimation. First place is in |nsIFrame:init()| where an
element is associated with a frame. Second place is in
|KeyframeEffectReadOnly::UpdateEffectSet()| where the script can add animations
on element.
btw I keep the original two flags of MayHaveOpacityAnimation and
MayHaveTransformAnimation in EffectSet because there is no guarantee that
an element has been associated with a frame when we call to |UpdateEffectSet()|.
But we still want to keep the benefits that we can quickly look up
MayHaveOpacityAnimation or MayHaveTransformAnimation. So I keep them in
EffectSet and transfer the status into nsIFrame when we bind an element
to a frame in nsIFrame:Init().

C5038 is a new warning in VS2017, similar to gcc and clang's -Wreorder, which is enabled by -Wall. We should enable C5038 so Windows developers can see these warnings locally instead of when gcc and clang fail with warnings-as-errors on Try.
https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vcblog/2017/07/21/diagnostic-improvements-in-vs2017-15-3-0/
We need to suppress C5038 warnings from Windows Runtime Library header files (wrl.h) included in ANGLE and widget/windows:
z:\build\build\src\vs2017_15.4.2\SDK\Include\10.0.15063.0\winrt\wrl\wrappers\corewrappers.h(515): error C5038: data member 'Microsoft::WRL::Wrappers::Details::SyncLockWithStatusT<Microsoft::WRL::Wrappers::HandleTraits::SemaphoreTraits>::sync_' will be initialized after data member 'Microsoft::WRL::Wrappers::Details::SyncLockWithStatusT<Microsoft::WRL::Wrappers::HandleTraits::SemaphoreTraits>::status_'
...
And suppress C5038 warnings in upstream webrtc code:
media/webrtc/trunk/webrtc/modules/video_capture/windows/BaseFilter.cpp(176): error C5038: data member 'mozilla::media::BaseFilter::mClsId' will be initialized after data member 'mozilla::media::BaseFilter::mState'
media/webrtc/trunk/webrtc/modules/video_capture/windows/BasePin.cpp(169): error C5038: data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mFilter' will be initialized after data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mLock'
media/webrtc/trunk/webrtc/modules/video_capture/windows/BasePin.cpp(170): error C5038: data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mLock' will be initialized after data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mName'
media/webrtc/trunk/webrtc/modules/video_capture/windows/BasePin.cpp(172): error C5038: data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mDirection' will be initialized after data member 'mozilla::media::BasePin::mQualitySink'

It would be really nice to push all of this back up to the parent or to at
least make it asynchronous. I think it should be possible since we control
when we send the DOM events, but for the moment this should work.
With this patch, I extend ProxyMIMEInfo and HandlerInfo with information about
the available extensions for a given MIME type. On Linux, at least, we read
the system (in my case GNOME) registry in the child and handlers.json in the
parent finally merging them again in the child (in
ContentHandlerService::FillHandlerInfo). Even though I was unable to get my
mochitest to work, it did work well enough that I could verify that this patch
was getting all of the proper extensions to the nsContentAreaDragDrop.cpp
code.

Before this change, the test calls getAnimations() after changing animation
duration. Unfortunately it was wallpapering what's going on there actually
since getAnimations() flushes pending styles. This patch drops the
getAnimations() call and makes it clear how many restyles happen there.
