Nicholas Nethercote 59e6a9ae67 Bug 1234343 (part 1) - Make GfxMemoryImageReporter::sAmount signed. r=Bas. 
This is so that if it goes negative (due to missing DidAlloc() calls) it shows
up in about:memory as a negative number, rather than a huge positive number.

Nicholas Nethercote cebf4a5bfa Bug 1228211 (part 2) - Remove unused functions in nsRenderingContext. r=dholbert. 
The following functions in nsRenderingContext are unused and this patch removes
them: the zero-arg constructor, the |DrawTarget*| constructor, and both Init()
functions.

Nicholas Nethercote 144e1789d7 Bug 1228211 (part 1) - Rearrange nsDisplayCanvasBackgroundImage::Paint(). r=dholbert. 
This patch rearranges Paint() so that the next nsRenderingContext is created
via the one-arg constructor rather than via the zero-arg constructor + Init().
This means the SetLineWidth(1.0) call in Init() no longer occurs but that's ok;
it was redundant because 1.0 is the default line width in a new gfxContext.

It doesn't need to store the nsIContent. It just needs to record if mPointerId
has been set. This is because ReleasePointerCapturingContent() doesn't use its
second parameter.
