Joe Drew b978ce8e35 Bug 660448 - look up FT_Library_SetLcdFilter via dlsym at runtime to fix terrible subpixel rendering on up-to-date Linux systems. r=karlt,bjacob 
This will need to be reverted once our build systems are upgraded to a newer
version of FreeType. In the long run, we need to increase our runtime
dependency to this newer version.
