Same approach as the other bug, mostly replacing automatically by removing
'using mozilla::Forward;' and then:

The only file that required manual fixup was TestTreeTraversal.cpp, which had
a class called TestNodeForward with template parameters :)

We will resolve the timer promise even if it is fired slightly before
the scheduled target. This is used by MDSM which doesn't require high-res
timers.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout. The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.
CLOSED TREE makes big refactorings like this a piece of cake.
